Mark Higgins is a driving force behind the growth and success of the Trumark Urban brand. With a passionate eye for design and a meticulous sense of precision, he defies convention by embracing risk as a catalyst for innovation and bringing projects to life. Mark embodies a deep understanding of every aspect of the development lifecycle, putting into practice his more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, design, market analysis, and public relations.
He is responsible for overseeing several aspects of Trumark Urban’s burgeoning portfolio, including pre-development design, programming, sales, marketing, and underwriting. Mark stands at the helm of sales and marketing initiatives for one of San Francisco’s largest condominium portfolios with nearly 1,000 units and total project revenue of over $1 billion. In addition, he’s leading the way for sales at Trumark Urban’s newest development in downtown Los Angeles—TEN50—a luxurious 25-story residential building set to be completed in late 2016.
Since beginning his career, Mark has closed deals for more than 10,000 residences, generated billions in sales transactions, and participated in development, lease-up and repositioning for mixed-use projects and mid- and high-rise properties throughout California.
Mark earned his B.A. degree from California State University, Long Beach.
