With 19 years experience in the multifamily development business, Kim is experienced in all phases and aspects of real estate development from land acquisition, project entitlement and community outreach, to project financing, customer care and warranty management. At Trumark, Kim oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and development, including project entitlement management and due diligence oversight, as well as customer care and warranty management. Kim led her project development team to successfully secure project approvals for five mixed-use residential projects in San Francisco for Trumark.
Before Trumark, Kim sourced and developed a wide array of mixed-use residential development projects, from brownfields development, student housing to large-scale master planned communities. Kim received her Master of Arts in Urban Planning at the University of California at Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, with a concentration in urban design and planning.
Kim currently serves as the Chair of the Board of the Urban Land Institute’s San Francisco District Council. She is also a member of Lambda Alpha International and the current Chair of the Board for Lao Family Services, a social services organization focused on immigrant communities.
