Kevin leads the effort to identify, evaluate and pursue new opportunities. His ambition to drive growth through the strategic acquisition of land in San Francisco has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team. As a graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley–his knowledge of finance, economics and market analysis is key to the valuation and negotiation process. Kevin is a Bay Area native and an active Young Leader of the Urban Land Institute.
