Peek inside Trumark’s new super-sized Cow Hollow condos
Trumark Urban has put the first batch of its super-sized condominiums in its Amero building in San Francisco on the market, according to a company statement.
The 27-unit complex sits in the Cow Hollow neighborhood on Filbert Street in the center of the city. The condos range in size from 1,040 square feet to 2,430 square feet. Their prices vary from $1.2 million for a two-bedroom unit to $3.5 million for a two-bedroom penthouse with a 754-square-foot deck. The Amero building has 15 two-bedroom condos, nine two-bedroom townhouses and three bedroom units. Nine of the condos were pre-sold, leaving 18 to put on the market. The first 10 of those condos were made available this week.
The Cow Hollow project is one of a number of developments in recent years that is making San Francisco one of the hottest condo markets in the country. Trumark, led locally by Arden Hearing, has jumped into the frenzy in a big way with hundreds of units developed or in its pipeline in recent years as part of a $400 million partnership.
